Mindful breathing exercises are one of the most effective calming strategies for kids. It is a great way to get them to focus on any task and relax their muscles.
In an endeavor to acquaint our young learners with the importance of keeping their lungs and immune system healthy and strong especially during this difficult time, some mindful breathing exercises were taught to the them in a child-friendly and fun filled way.
