Basant or Vasant Panchami also known as Saraswati Puja, marks the onset of the spring season and is a day dedicated to Goddess Saraswati- the Goddess of knowledge, music, art, speech, wisdom, and learning. The day was celebrated by the little ones of *Salwan Montessori School* with a lot of enthusiasm. They all wore yellow colour dresses and created beautiful art work to celebrate the occassion. The children sang the prayer Hey Sharde Maa to seek divine blessings of the Goddess of knowledge and wisdom.
