Assessment is the key component of learning as it determines whether the goals of education are being met. It provides timely and informative feedback to students and motivates them towards self-improvement.
At Salwan, the endeavour is to provide an inclusive and an enabling environment to all children with varied needs. We firmly believe that each and every child has the ability to learn and maximize his/her potential through adequate learning opportunities, effective teaching and appropriate resources.

*Dance is the joy of movement, and the heart of life’.
World Dance Day is celebrated on April 29 every year across the globe. The word ‘dance’ brings happiness to people’s lives. We, at Salwan Montessori School celebrated this day with our tiny-tots, to help them understand and give value to this art. Our young Salwanians marked the day with special dance performances like Saraswati Vandana and Zumba staged in the premises in the presence of our special guest for the day Ms. Nazm Kaur a very experienced choreographer and event director. She is also the founder of Bhangra Queens and Nrityarang dance stuio. The Bhangra Queens had organised a small dance workshop for our tiny tots in which they taught them simple bhangra steps. They also performed bhangra for our little children and left them awstruck. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the celebration and expressed their feelings through their dance, big smiles and gleaming faces.
