‘Let today be the start of something new!’
Salwan Montessori School organised a welcome party for its students on Tuesday, 11th April 2023. Students came in their best party dresses. They were greeted with a warm welcome and the celebrations got underway with prayer to set a happy and tranquil mood for the day. Headmistress, Sona Ma’am then officially welcomed the children to the school and wished them a fun-filled year ahead.
To kick off the entertainment, the teachers put on a dance performance, which delighted the children. The children then took center stage with their beautiful day dance, showcasing their talent and enthusiasm. To add to the excitement, a magic show was also arranged, which captivated the young audience.
The class activities were the highlight of the day, starting with a lunch party. The children enjoyed their meals while socializing with their friends. After lunch, they engaged in an exciting craft activity that encouraged their creativity and imagination. To add to the fun, the children participated in various games to promote collaboration, coordination, and affinity among them. Finally, the DJ started the music, and the children danced to their heart’s content.
As the day ended, the children were given a take-home activity to show off to their parents. Overall, the welcome day party was a huge success and everyone had a great time. It was a day to remember, filled with fun, laughter, and lots of memories!
