The greatness of a culture can be found in its festivals*” Lohri, one of the most popular traditional winter folk festivals celebrated specifically in Northern India. A festival of joy that is observed every year on 13^th January 2022. It’s celebration time as we harvest happiness, joy and prosperity with all of you. Children of *Salwan Montessori School* celebrated this festival virtually with lot of enthusiasm and zeal. They dressed up in traditional Punjabi attire and danced with vigour and vitality on the beats of dhol music. They enjoyed having Lohri goodies like- gazak, rewari, peanuts, and popcorn. The boundless joy of celebrating the festival was visible on the faces of all students.
