The school has adopted WHO’s guidelines of ten core life skills, which are Self-awareness, Decision-making, Effective communication, Problem-solving, Empathy, Critical thinking, Creative thinking, Interpersonal relationship, Coping with stress and emotion.
The Festival of Teej celebrates the bounty of Nature, arrival of rains and greenery surrounded by beautiful celebrations and customs. The children of SMS celebrated Teej on 28th July with great joy and fervour. The children got dressed up in traditional dresses and danced to the tunes of folk songs and celebrated the festival with a lot of excitement. They were also gifted small kites to add to the essence of our rich culture and customs.
