Assessment is the key component of learning as it determines whether the goals of education are being met. It provides timely and informative feedback to students and motivates them towards self-improvement.
At Salwan, the endeavour is to provide an inclusive and an enabling environment to all children with varied needs. We firmly believe that each and every child has the ability to learn and maximize his/her potential through adequate learning opportunities, effective teaching and appropriate resources.
The school has adopted WHO’s guidelines of ten core life skills, which are Self-awareness, Decision-making, Effective communication, Problem-solving, Empathy, Critical thinking, Creative thinking, Interpersonal relationship, Coping with stress and emotion.
The most colorful thing in the world is black and white; it contains all colors and at the same time excludes all.”
Just as every yin needs a yang, every positive needs a negative; likewise everything that is white needs a black to have a sense of dichotomy and to feel complete. While colors breathe life into our lives, black and white brings a sense of tranquility; we at Salwan Montessori School celebrated ‘Black and White’ color day on Monday, 7th March 2022 with great joy and happiness. Children came dressed up in Black and White colored attire. They enjoyed doing art and craft activities related to Black and White color. The tiny tots enjoyed the color day celebration.
