Assessment is the key component of learning as it determines whether the goals of education are being met. It provides timely and informative feedback to students and motivates them towards self-improvement.
At Salwan, the endeavour is to provide an inclusive and an enabling environment to all children with varied needs. “Blue is a calming and serene colour of the sky, ocean, trust and nurturing”
The colour blue has a magical effect on the human minds: it seems to have the power to calm a person’s mind, invoke trust friendship and serenity. Excitement and enthusiasm were visible everywhere, when at Salwan Montessori School, we celebrated Blue Colour Day on Monday 11th July 2022, as all the children gleefully came dressed up in different shades of blue. Little ones were made to recognize blue colour through an array of blue coloured objects which provided them opportunity to have a clear sense of the colour and its shades. The tiny-tots got engaged in sponge printing and colouring in Water drop along with searching for a few blue objects around.
Blue Day was an amazing learning experience which will surely have a long-lasting impact on each student.
