Annual Day 2023

It was a spectacular Saturday evening for Salwan Montessori School, when our super talented students celebrated their Grand Annual Day function on 18th March 2023. It was a complete treat to watch these tiny tots perform in front of the huge gathering with so much confidence and energy. Weeks of continued efforts came to the fore and made the day truly distinguished and memorable. The Chief Guest and Guest of Honor for the day were Dr. Roma Kumar and Ms. Moonmoon Paul Roy. The school began the event by presenting Ganesh Vandana and mesmerizing 7 wonders who left the audience awestruck by their amazing performances showcasing all possible talents. Then began the Mega event of the day ‘SOCH’ – Be the change. It is a very noble step towards sustainable development that children at this young age are being given exposure to the importance of sustainable living and the need to conserve and preserve our natural resources. This how we can truly nurture responsible and educated citizens for the future. The children showcased the need for change and a sustainable living to protect the future. The audience was spellbound by the confidence and the energy with which the children presented the show and brought forth such relevant and burning topics by giving a powerful message and an interesting story line. A Gulmohar tree taking a step in this direction was also planted and named ALAONI which means heavenly messenger. The head of the school, Ms. Sona Gombar gave the school report about the 12 glorious months gone by for the session 2022-23. The mind- blowing performances and the theatrical extravaganza got a standing ovation and earned lot of praises and appreciation from the audience
