“𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐤𝐲, 𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐧, 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠”

The colour blue has a magical effect on the human mind: it seems to have the power to calm a person’s mind, invoke trust, friendship and serenity. Excitement and enthusiasm were visible everywhere, when at Salwan Montessori School, we celebrated Blue Colour Day on Friday 14th July 2023, as all the children gleefully came dressed up in different shades of blue. A special assembly was conducted to help our little ones to recognize blue colour through an array of blue coloured objects through PPT, which provided them the opportunity to have a clear sense of the colour and its shades.

The tiny-tots got engaged in sponge printing and colouring in water drops and clouds, along with searching for a few blue objects around. Blue Day was an amazing learning experience that will surely have a long-lasting impact on each student.
